Return Policy
It is our policy to offer a full refund on software provided the seal hasn't been broken and prior to the unlock for 203k consulting software. The training software and book may be returned for a refund prior to getting your completion certificate if the workbook is returned in salable condition with all documentation and CD less a 20% restocking charge. The original shipping and handling charges will be deducted and the software must be sent back to us prepaid. No refunds are available once the software has been unlocked or after 20 days from receipt of said software.
