    The short answer is "yes". A NY customer took my course... called me 3 weeks later and said "I don't have any business yet" I asked him to look at the back of our training manual... did he do that yet? He said "no, I'll do that today". In a week or so he called saying he had six jobs. An LA client had a similar situation. He just didn't believe he could do the marketing that is soooo easy. He waited six months before he was thinking about how easy I said it was. He took his book down from the shelf and review it. He made the first call that we teach you to do and got an order on that call. By the time he picked up that order they had two more... three orders were generated by his first call. The fun thing is that "you can do it just that easy too". We show you how.

    Our training is comprehensive and includes how to market and where to market your services. The training program is very good at marketing. I had a consultant take the training and call me three weeks later to inform me that they hadn't had an order yet. I asked if they did what I had asked them to do.. they said "oops, no" then then got off the phone and did that. He called back in a week and appologized as he had 6 jobs since he followed the book. Another guy felt he just couldn't imagine it being that easy so he waited six months, then thought, what if it was that easy and made the contact I asked him to.. He called me in a panic to get the software cause he got a job, but by the time he actually got the software by next day air, he had three jobs. Our marketing program works that way for anyone who applies it.

    Getting the business is the easiest part of the program. I teach that at the end of our training course. It is the last thing you learn as it is the first thing you will do once approved. Over the years I have had people call me after a few weeks as a consultant and inform me that they didn't have a job yet. I ask if they did what I said to do at the back of my training manual... they usually say "oops" and hang up just to call beck in a few weeks and appologize as once they did what I told them in the training to do.... they got 1-3 jobs that day. If you have the desire to be a consultant then you will succeed. If you have been a consultant and don't have any business then you are not trained by us.

    There are a number of ways to market your business. My particular expertise is residential energy management. Another part of the 203k program is the Energy Efficient Mortgage Program that works in conjunction with the 203k program. The audit fees for a HERS energy audit range from $900-$1500. This audit allows the client to receive an additional $8000 towards energy efficient installation.
