1. Does the "termination date" column in the HUD inspector lookup results means the inspector is no longer certified?

They can likely be reinstated if they want to but they really need to keep their information current. If the phone number doesn't work then they won't get calls. My lender benefit from the calls I get each month from the HUD website by getting the loans I refer.
