How are the fees calculated for doing a report. I understand the pricing for the onsite inspection. I do not understand the formula applied for doing the workup. Will you please explain it to me?

The fee for the 'onsite' inspection includes the write up. I have included this in my book as well but the fees are based on the amount of rehab and as this increases the amount of work increases therefore the consultant makes more money for doing more work. If the rehab is up to $7500 the fee is $400, $7501-15,000 = $500 fee, $15,001 - 30,000 warrants a $600 fee which is the average fee nationally.Work from $30,001 - 50,000 Fee = $700, $50,001 - 75,000 = $800, and $75,001 - 100,000 Fee = $900 and over $100,000 the fee is $1,000. There is also an additional $25/unit for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th units.
